in 1993, managing only 15 units. Sand has grown to presently managing many
properties throughout southern Alabama. Our services include, but are not limited to the arrangement and maintenance of all utilities, advertising, insurance, nightly security services, payroll, personnel, office supplies, taxes, vehicles, bookkeeping, accounting and legal services. On a daily basis our personnel show units, collect fees, make deposits, perform any maintenance and handle everyday guest relations.
